Lazer Scarecrow / Laser device

Lazer Scarecrow

This product is designed to complement problems that happen with rooks gathering around downtown areas.
To stop them from cutting power lines, which leads to a city's blackout, it shoots a green light that is similar with their predator's glowing eye color, sending them back to the wild.
Rooks, which used to be a migrating species, gather and settle in downtown areas because of interaction of complex issues. Downtown areas are not familiar with rooks. They can die eating pesticides and dirty water contaminated with toxins. Moreover, they can lose their life because they bump a transparent glass window.
