Motivation of design
The building with its historical value was once a filled with tea fragrance and people, but it is covered with weeds nowadays.
The design plan rejuvenates the old building with new usage model and design ideas. It not only brings back an outdated building, also brings back a good old memory.
Concept of design
As a city having its relaxing botanical garden, a countryside exposes the lively feature of city. The office makes people feel the local customs and traditional cultures.
The old building is reconstructed into a new one with features of agriculture in Xinpu extended the historical spirit.
