here are about 285 million people with visual disability (including blindness and low vision) worldwide. Because of the inconvenience and frequent traffic accidents, they seldom go out alone. Guide dogs are responsible for helping the blind to travel, but they are also red and green blind. When passing traffic lights, they mostly judge whether it is a traffic light according to whether other pedestrians stop or not. However, if there are no pedestrians nearby or the traffic lights do not have voice prompt function, it will be difficult for blind people and guide dogs to judge whether the sidewalk is passable.
