It is found that algae are rich in chlorophyll and can carry out efficient photosynthesis. Algae are excellent oxygen production materials. The protective fence in the middle of the road is designed as an algae planting fence, and the opening at the top is designed to collect rainwater, which can make full use of light to convert carbon dioxide into oxygen. Algae fence can reduce noise and prevent glare of opposite vehicles. In addition, the hollowed out structure design reflects the green identification pattern, which can be implanted with road signs and advertising slogans.
