PTSD Sensory Toolkit / Psychology treatment toolkit

PTSD Sensory Toolkit
PTSD Sensory Toolkit

The PTSD Sensory Toolkit is a sensory toolkit based on a forest that provides stability. PTSD patients can naturally unravel inside stories by assembling this toolkit. Previously PTSD treatment toolkits only stimulated the touch and vision, which limited the immersion. So, we propose this toolkit that utilizes all five senses, letting patients easily get into psychotherapy. Each object has characteristics like colors, textures, and sounds that stimulate senses of touch, sight, hearing, smelling. The narrator expresses his/her own story in a metaphor with various senses. The counselor can better understand the patient’s psychological status.
