ECO FLAME / biochar stove

ECO FLAME
ECO FLAME

Grape vines are a kind of agricultural waste. The Changhua Village in Taiwan has nearly 250 metric tons,
and 95% of vines are treated by open burning. Therefore, we designed a biochar stove named “ECO FLAME” to solve the problem of agricultural waste from vines

Combustion chamber design:
1. Air insulation design avoids heat loss.
2. Secondary air reduces exhaust gas production.

Double-layer basket design:
1. Drawer design, easy to take the biochar.
2. The upper basket can filter water.

Storage rack design:
The storage rack can store undried vines , arrange them neatly and dry them.
