Due to COVID-19 outbreak around the world, anxiety of visiting hospital has grown. At this moment when people can't easily visit hospitals, diabetic patients could face with criticial health issues. 1 out of 10 diabetic patients come down with 'diabetic foot infection', a frightening complication, and patients with this complication need to have their foot amputated. In order to prevent this, patients must make regular visits to hospital and check their condition, which is not available now due to COVID-19. We developed these slippers, as a tool for self-diagnosis, that such patients could check their health condition at home.
