In some poor African areas, residents often cook their food outdoors because of the small space inside their homes. Due to the lack of materials and supplies, they often cook directly on the ground. But the ground is full of dust and pollutants, so food safety is difficult to guarantee. The rudimentary outdoor kitchen also leads to the ineffective use of clean water and improper disposal of food waste. Therefore, I proposed an Inflatable Kitchen to help these African residents get an easy-to-use, hygienic, and environmentally friendly kitchen space.
