In some cities like Hong Kong and Taiwan, which are densely populated, rest and well- Inadequate facilities continue to occur. Apart from preventing the public from participating in community sports activities, Personal health problems, such as insufficient exercise, are the first to be addressed.
According to WHO standards, adults should exercise at least 75 to 150 minutes per week.
