By the time the boat reaching land, migrant fisher workers only can live in the warehouse nearby the coastline or in the cabin, results in tend to live on boats living on the boats temporarily. The vessels are dark and enclosed.
In addition, the occurred of the epidemic, for migrant fish workers, COVID-19 has added another layer of vulnerabilities to this often invisible worker population. However, the vessels don’t provide single room for fisherman, lead to the infection increased. Therefore provide a shelter nearby the coastline for the fisher workers to live temporarily.
