Vaccine is a promising way to solve the corona pandemic situation. However, how to allocate the Covid-19 Vaccine properly is an issue due to its high necessity and broad need. VaccAssist, the service design addressing this problem by combining three stakeholders (citizens, hospitals, and company that produce vaccine) to ensure the best vaccine services for citizens. With the help of it, the information gaps among three stakeholders narrow down which would reduce efforts on both material resources and manpower resources. Citizens could have save and sound vaccine experiences even during pandemic period.
