Home of Cabbages

Pickle is an ancient food culture in Asian countries. In ancient times, vegetables were not easy to preserve, so people pickled them to prevent them from going bad thus preventing famine. However, the pickles made by the ancient method is easy to cause the growth of nitrite, aflatoxin, and other toxic substances due to the poor sanitary conditions, thus causing the waste of vegetables. This design controls the sanitary environment and temperature of pickling, improves the success rate of pickling, thus solving the waste of vegetables in the production process, and is more safe and healthy.
