OH!DEER! grip trainer is especially design for elderly, and it make exercise more joyful. Due to the lockdown of COVID-19, lots of people have to stay at home for quarantine, and exercise regularly is an important way to keep people healthy, especially elderly people. Recent research shows that GRIP STRENGTH can be consider as a measurement of health state, and the statistics show that people have better grip strength tend to live longer. This product can be connected to smart phones to record users’ health data for their daily use. It not only trains people’s grip strength but also combine with games and community to bring more joy.
