CAPTO finger prothesis is a medical device and deals with the question of how it is possible to give people who suffered from physical damage or loss some quality of life back and strengthen their feeling of self-worth. The development and design of the finger prothesis research how a technically optimal solution can be received that also requires a high aesthetic value and how this prothesis can change the behavior of the personal environment of the user positively.
