A lot of jobs have obvious gender requirements, declined to women to participate in, and the situation is often decided by senior leaders. In today's society, there was no real equality, women often because the pregnancy and taking care of the family and so on. That limits the development of women's career. Beside, most leaders are men, for most of the job, men get more offers than women.
The poster is intended to make readers think that everyone is equal and excellent people should be selected for the job, instead of judging people's gender first.
