When buying food product at the grocery store, we can predict flavour of foods by its package, and find same product easily at the other stores, even if it wasn’t displayed in same position. However, the blind people can’t. Braille, stamped on foods package, had unclear information mostly, useless to blind people buying food product without other’s help.
‘Curator’ helps blind people’s taste experience using Lidar and Big-data tech. Like curators in the art museum, ‘Curator’ device also gives story of flavour. Lidar and camera recognize product’s form and package, and analyse it and then give worded flavour data by braille to user.
