Through observing the behavior of seniors, we found that it is hard for them to change posture after sitting or lying for a period of time, this can easily cause physical or psychological adverse effects. In order to improve the situation, we focus on redesigning the typical armchairs. Using inverted triangles as the fulcrum of the chair surface, when the user leans forwards or backwards, the tilt angle of the chair surface can be slightly changed, which can help seniors easily change their positions.
