The Centripetal Wheel / bicycle wheel

The Centripetal Wheel

The Centripetal Wheel is a set of bicycle wheels with five self-adjustable blades, which makes use of the
rotation of the rolling wheel to create a certain kind of air-dynamic effect that makes the riding safer,
especially while turning. While turning a corner, the blades turn synchronously a certain degree to function as a fan that absorbs the air from the inner side of the curve and blow it to the outer side. This airflow gives the bike a downward sloping force that can be decomposed into two components which are directly centripetal force and down force. The down force enhances the grab of the tyres.
