In the future, remote work will be the norm instead of expectation in many industries in the context of epidemic. Although remote work is considered to bring freedom, flexibility and comfort, along with which is longer working hours, loneliness, and the disappearing boundary between work and life. This application, called Nurturally, proposes the system of a gamified plants nurturing system that grows with user’s work-life regularity, which transforms work-from-home day into a productive and enjoyable experience. It aims to enhance remote workers’ self-management and innovate a sustainable, beneficial and work-life balanced lifestyle.
