Mushroom box / Tackling Hidden Hunger

Mushroom box
Mushroom box

This is a mushroom box. Fungi are very easy to grow, especially in hot and humid areas like Bangladesh. Edible mushrooms, which contain a lot of nutrients and have a short growth cycle, can supply the daily needs of refugees. The e mushroom box consists of four parts, including a collecting layer, a storage layer, a filtering layer and a fungus bag, which is made from waste crops such as dry straw, cottonseed husk and bagasse. The mushroom boxes just hang from the eaves, and the collecting layer will collect the rainwater and store it and filter it into the mushroom packets, allowing the mushrooms to grow and germinate.
