The results of a survey on the users of electric scooters about the traffic safety showed that the overwhelming majority of accidents were caused by speeding. Although the government sets the maximum speed of electric scooters, users often overspeed unconsciously while driving, and under this circumstance, they usually have traffic accidents with other vehicles when turning. Under these phenomena, we designed a "Hoop-tightening Helmet". We hope that this design can reduce the safety problems caused by the overspeed of the electric scooter, especially for the drivers who often drive overspeed, it will play a important role in it.
