More and more people like mountain climbing, but in the process of climbing, the damage to the body can not be ignored. When going down the mountain, the pressure on the knee is 3-4 times larger than that on the flat ground. Therefore, continuing the underground mountain is a very laborious task, which will make the knee load more and the risk of knee injury is greater. Traditional trekking poles can only reduce knee damage during uphill and have limited effect on downhill. KNEEPAD POLE is a device that can be quickly deformed into a skeleton by a trekking pole. When going up the mountain, the trekking pole can reduce the knee damage.
