City Bus System as City Probe / Public Transportation

City Bus System as City Probe
City Bus System as City Probe

City Bus System as City Probe aims to take advantage of the bus system to transform its identity from a pathogen spreader to a pathogen detector in times of epidemics, helping cities to detect and respond to epidemic infections. This is achieved through the microbial Internet of Things detection integrated into bus handles, the bus space layout optimization and the automatic disinfectant system that incorporates handrail crossbars. Thinking from the system perspective, this design also adapts to normal conditions and is an important part of the construction of a resilient city.
