This is a marine garbage cleaning device powered mainly by wind energy. The device is equipped with three airbags to control the ups and downs of the cleaner. The wind power plant above the device can effectively store wind energy, transmit the power to the vortex device below, drive it to rotate, generate a whirlpool inside the device, and absorb the garbage on the sea level into the storage warehouse below. Once the garbage reaches the maximum storage capacity, the top GPS will take the initiative to send a signal to the nearest garbage ship to empty the container and proceed to the next cleaning operation.
