The spread of COVID-19 epidemic in China has exposed the problems of public health safety in farmers' markets. Sustainable farmers' market solve this problem by meeting the interest of stakeholders. It broadens the income channels of sellers by introducing farm and sustainable restaurant to achieve surplus food recycle, and on this basis, uses APP, entry control and electronic scales to establish a food traceability mechanism with sellers as the core.
