‘A Way of Wearing' is a search for a lifetime-relationship between a person and a garment. It aims to be a means to retain fast-disappearing craft skills that navigate in different cultures. If I, as the maker, change my behaviour; offer the garment as something other than a product, will it change peoples' perceptions? What will happen if I change the conditions for acquiring the garment, and expect more from people than just money?
