Aliph Jawbone / Bluetooth headset

Discipline: Product

Jawbone is the only Bluetooth headset with a voice activity sensor touching the skin of the wearer: through sensing speech, the technology distinguishes the human voice from background noise. Jawbone’s perforated shield curves to match the outline of the face. Elegant and simple external surfaces transform a technological object into a personal accessory. The other side is soft and smooth, made from medical grade plastic, and provides a comfortable feel on the skin. To minimize visual clutter and to achieve the minimal accessory look and feel of the product, Jawbone’s functions are hidden under the front, yet accessible by lightly pushing on the surface.
