The United Nations report pointed out that humans produce 9 billion tons of plastic each year, but only 9% are recycled. Nowadays, disposable containers can not be avoidable. TWIST uses the concept of origami so that disposable containers can completely be sealed without the use of plastic caps. One-piece design let user classify more easily. Besides, It can reduce the waste of a large number of plastic lids every year.
The origami structure can be used in hand cups, coffee cups, take-out boxes, widely used in various disposable containers to reduce plastic cover.
