Hyundai Motor Group Training Center pursues two distinct purposes. One is fostering Hyundai employee’s talent, the other sharing its vision with partners. The challenge of the facility was that these 2 groups of users were supposed to be separated during work hours due to internal regulations. Instead of building 2 separate towers, 2 L-shaped low rises were interlinked, providing adequate privacy yet creating a central public space where people can meet after hours. The result was a private, efficient training facility with a feeling of community and connection.
