The use of steam for cooking dates back to the Yanhuang Era more than 10,000 years ago. SUPOR took the initiative and used steaming technology in electric rice cookers to improve the flavor of rice. The vapor cooking technology exclusive to the SUPOR electric rice cooker allows vapor nano steam to soak and moisturize rice grains. The concealed stainless steel water box in the back of the electric cooker’s lid converts water into nano steam that enters the pot and forms a vapor shield on top of rice. Unlike regular electric cookers, this guarantees the moisture and fragrance of the rice, making each kernel white and plump.
