Combi ovens are used in the field of gastronomy like snack points, restaurants, hospitals or hotels to prepare a maximum variety of food. Lot of these appliances are either feature-loaden production machines or small scaled devices with limited capacity. The Convotherm maxx fills the gap and completes the clients product portfolio by providing a simple and affordable solution of two medium sized appliances and an efficient functionality, suitable for a clientele, which expects a no frills working tool.
Stripped down to the fundamental features, the clarity of concept and ease of use are translated into a straight and catchy appearance.
