”An Object of Attention” is a meditation device created to focus on the present and manage stress in under 5 minutes. Meditation allows us to live in the present instead of being stuck in the past or future. It is a key factor in our well-being as it allows us to deal with the lack of attentiveness we face in our digitalized world. This product is a new way of practicing meditation by synchronizing our breathing to physical gestures and light pulses. Once synchronized, heartbeat and anxiety are slowed to give the user a peaceful state of mind. This product also perfectly fits in collective spaces, making meditation accessible to all.
