Due to the construction work required, the installation of the fiber-optic connection can take several months. To offer our customers full transparency and planning-security during the waiting period, we developed the Fiber Status Page. It provides the latest expansion status, prevents uncertainties by looking into the future, reliably coordinates scheduling with contractors, and keeps all project participants in the loop – to avoid frustration and significantly improve the UX.
