IOPE Lab is where constantly being studied by professional researchers on skin, materials and technology and the brand's strategy of communicating with customers through 'experience' is exhibited. The third floor is designed to provide customer’s skin analysis and solution, which connects to the second floor’s personalized product experience and the first floor is to purchase solution products, so that services can be connected. So far, over 5,000 women have been diagnosed their skin and based on accumulated skin data, the lab manufactures customized cosmetics that are optimized for individual skin concerns on site.
