In China, 2-hour collection service is available in delivery industry. However, users still feel the anxiety when waiting and the uncertainty of the settlement price. Under the COVID-19, contact with strangers has become a hidden danger. IoT mailbox is a self express solution proposed by CAINIAO. Users can finish delivering all at once by scanning the QR code. Through this, it realizes the convenient express delivery with features of waiting-free, contactless and transparent fees. Using IoT technology to integrate other social collaborative relations, we achieve the safe and reliable delivery service, and elaborate business operation.
