Post-COVID Schooling / Skilling for online teaching

Since 2014, Ignis Careers has helped affordable private schools build capacity by training teachers in the delivery of an English and life skills curriculum. Teachers are trained in the use of activity-based, learner-centric methodologies to help students break away from the rote-learning methods that have plagued the Indian education system.
Our engagement ensures anywhere from 80 hrs to 400 hrs of teacher training based on the nature of interventions. In the wake of the post-COVID school closures, we have been helping teachers upskill by providing training on online tools accessible over low bandwidth and older devices.
