PERP / Empowering inmates.

Prison Entrepreneur Reform Program(PERP) consist of three personal development course; RETHINK, REFORM, and RE-ENTER consisting of teaching and interactive sessions between facilitators and inmates. PERP has taught inmates marketable handcraft skills and business plan writing. We were able to also set up libraries for inmates and over 20℅ inmates graduate into the society, which was able to reduce recidivism rate. We awaken the leadership and entrepreneurial spirit in this inmate by hosting a monthly in the prison where they are properly educated on the power of choice, personal leadership, business, market strategy and entrepreneurship.
