Gaziantep Communication and Coordination Center / Communication and Coordination Center (GIKOM)

GIKOM is a unit of our municipality and it operates on a special software system. All kinds of requests and suggestions received from citizens via mobile applications, social media accounts, call center and SMS are gathered on this software and directed to the relevant units for rapid solution. This center provides the infrastructure and base for Smart City projects that enable citizens to participate in the administration and governance.
