Beye / wearable device


Beye helps the visually impaired walk more independently and safely. As an IoT device, Beye processes real-time data to suggest the best route. During the travel, Beye uses LiDAR sensors and cameras to capture a 3D image of the users’ surroundings to give individual commands, real-time bus times, and other cues, guiding them to their destination. The single earphone design ensures that users receive verbal cues as well as environmental noise to provide an audio-rich and convenient experience. It can be worn on both sides to protect hearing health. Unlike existing aids that attract stigma, it's fashionable and easy wearing.
