Mindful is a service system that helps university students during exam periods to cope with anxiety and perform better through highly personalized mindfulness practice with artificial intelligence. Contents include audio, virtual reality, and offline group sessions. As a university student who used to struggle with exam anxiety, I have tried many methods to cope with it. One of the most effective one is called mindfulness meditation. Interviews, diary studies, iterations, and experience prototyping, including usability testing were used during the progress.
