LANEIGE’s newly launched PHYTO-ALEXIN is a customer-based product developed by actively reflecting the opinions of 1,169 customers with sensitive skin in the aspects of product concept, texture, applicability, and design for almost 9 months. It formed a communality with them in the process of launch, and our sincerity appealed to them. While remaining faithful in delivering basic information on skincare that emphasizes reliability and technology, we attempted to express fashionable, trendy sensibility with contrast colors and layout. Furthermore, as part of the Clean Beauty movement, we designed the product to be environment-friendly.
