Dimensity is a disposable toolkit for positioning work for orthopedic surgical robots. It avoids the accuracy drop caused by repeated transfer, sterilization and operation of traditional orthopedic surgical robot end tools, and avoids iatrogenic infection and cross-infection. Equipped with a probe tracker to realize real-time monitoring during the operation, making the operation safer and more efficient. The difficulty of this design project is to replace metal with plastic, how to control the stress release ratio of plastic after injection molding, so that its tolerance can meet the positioning of medical surgery.
