MPULSE is the central storytelling platform of METRO AG and contributes significantly to brand development and image building. The storytelling approach is used strategically across different channels. The core element is an online magazine published weekly that provides personal insights into the world of METRO customers, partners and employees as well as into specific services and products of the company and brings them closer to a broad target group beyond traditional wholesale customers. The online magazine is supplemented by a print magazine published twice a year. The MPULSE portfolio also includes a Facebook and Instagram channel.
