Teppan Yaki means “hot plate”. Thanks to the high-quality multilayer material, the stainless steel plate is heated very quickly to a high temperature and provides our customers with a previously undiscovered dimension of cooking on induction hobs.
The Tepan Yaki embodies modern, fast and low-fat cooking. It is particularly popular for cooking Asian dishes, where the food is turned, portioned and cut on the plate with spatulas and knives, for example. However, our Tepan Yaki is also great for cooking many other dishes with fish, meat and vegetables.
