The new neubau frame features latest 3D printing technology using 100 percent bio material. Based on castor beans the frames are printed with renewable energy. For the first time a metal inlay is integrated in the 3D printed temples, so that they can be adjusted without heat and stay in shape permanently. A newly developed surface finish prevents the risk of bleeding out and fungi on the one hand and creates a smooth tactile grip on the other hand. Together with the compact logo-hinge a bold, but super lightweight frame is created.
