GCP Student Living plc is the first UK Real Estate Investment Trust to exclusively invest in student accommodation assets. With 80% of their assets in and around London, they’ve recently expanded into Bristol and Brighton, which have a similar supply/demand imbalance.

In the macro environment of uncertainty, we needed to showcase the inarguable attributes of the portfolio in order to reassure investors of the resilience of the company in a post-Brexit and post-COVID world: the elevated specification, locations within minutes of the world's leading universities, and the proven appeal to students globally.
