Gemini R Series / Direct Imaging System

Gemini R Series is a full-process Direct Imaging, aka DI, Exposure Machine and its technology eliminates the following shortcomings of traditional exposure machines:
1. long waiting time of film drawing
2. film sizes are varied due to exposing process, which cause low yield rate
3. for high-end HDI factory, it is hard to maintain good registration due to uncertainties
4. the limitation of 30µm resolution
Due to the solutions DI provides, electronic products are lighter and thinner nowadays. It allows PCB resolution reaches 2mil/2mil or less, which has critically upgraded the technology of electronics.
