“Ontact” is the new retail experience platform that integrates the best of offline and online store experiences. Although virtual services are increasing, customers have difficulty exploring products online as fully as they would in-store. The “Ontact” platform allows customers to receive real-time information from offline stores and participate in events remotely while also experiencing specialized VR retail content. Unlike other VR services that are usually detached from reality, the “Ontact” retail platform merges online and offline stores via interlinked data and a bidirectional communication channel.
