Project Theia / Health Data

Project Theia is a low-cost platform that uses clinical sensors and ultra-long distance IoT radios to create an emergency real-time health data layer in developing countries, routing health workers where they are most needed to combat the spread of COVID-19. Winner of the UNDP COVID19 Detect & Protect challenge and recipient of the UNDP Global Innovator award, Theia is designed to be low cost, open-source, and easily manufactured and assembled in-country. Our unique designs for both sensor-side data capture and receiver-side hubs offer data collection and analytics capabilities to health workers in areas of low or no network connectivity.
