ME is a user-centric employee service platform that has been designed around employee needs, and functions as a unique access point to all work tools and services. It represents the core of the Enel digital ecosystem. ME links all existing solutions related to People & Organization (formerly H&R), global digital solutions, facilities, and security units. ME is also meant to support employee development through a dedicated section that collects available tools and initiatives, profiling them for a personalized offer. It's not an intranet—it's a very unique platform that can become a professional enabler capable of improving everyday working life and long-term careers.
